This executive-level leader will oversee Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, culture, and the broader employee experience, ensuring Eggs Unlimited has the talent, leadership, structure, systems, and culture needed for its next stage of growth.
The VP of People will serve as a true business partner and senior advisor to the CEO, executive team, and business leaders on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, culture, leadership, change management, and M&A support. Core Responsibilities:

People Strategy, Business Partnership & Growth

  • Use workforce, performance, and business data to guide decisions, manage risk, measure progress, and move issues through resolution.
Leadership, Talent & Succession Planning
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and talent-management strategies across the company.
  • Help lead succession planning for key leadership and business-critical roles, including successors, readiness assessments, development milestones, owners, timelines, and risk reporting.

  • Set strategy for recognition, engagement, employee communication, company events, and culture-building initiatives that strengthen trust, accountability, retention, and business performance.
  • Balance high standards, urgency, and measurable results with respect, transparency, recognition, employee engagement, and genuine care for employees.
M&A, Integration & Growth Enablement

  • Partner with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, and business operators to evaluate people-related risks, costs, leadership needs, retention concerns, integration priorities, and post-close operating requirements.
  • Travel occasionally based on business needs, including domestic travel and international travel to the Philippines.
Employee Relations, People Operations & HR Leadership
  • Lead complex employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, performance actions, and employment-risk matters in partnership with Legal and leadership.
  • Lead and develop the broader People team while overseeing payroll, benefits, onboarding, HR systems, policies, compliance, metrics, and controls without owning routine transactions.
