We utilize our extensive experience spanning all aspects of the egg industry from farming to purchasing to freight and logistics. We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Accounting Data Analyst to support our finance and accounting teams through improved data visibility, accuracy, and reporting. In this role, you’ll play a key part in cleaning and organizing financial data, building dashboards (primarily in Power BI), and using Excel to streamline and enhance our accounting processes.

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Accounting Data Analyst to support our finance and accounting teams through improved data visibility, accuracy, and reporting. In this role, you’ll play a key part in cleaning and organizing financial data, building dashboards (primarily in Power BI), and using Excel to streamline and enhance our accounting processes.
*Must reside within commuting range of Irvine, CA
Responsibilities:
- Clean, structure, and validate accounting and financial data from multiple systems
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making across finance and operations
- Use advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, macros) to automate manual processes and create more efficient workflows
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve accuracy and accessibility of financial reporting
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting by preparing data and visualizations for management
- Identify data quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support process documentation and help standardize recurring reporting and analysis tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Anylitics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or data-focused role
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (required); experience with Power Query or VBA is a plus
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with R
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements
- Comfortable working with large datasets and improving data accuracy
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a mindset for process improvement.
- Requires in-person work Monday - Friday. Based out of Irvine, CA.

- Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually.
